A great place, especially for families I think, nicely located right next to Wookey Hole caves and an easy drive to other places of interest.
We had a spacious and comfortable room and all the food we had was enjoyable and reasonably priced.
Everyone had a good time and we can recommend to other families.

In a central location in Wells with a lovely view of the cathedral. The hotel’s staff were welcoming and friendly, there was a nice atmosphere in the bar. The food we had was really nice in the evening and at Breakfast. A very comfortable and relaxing couple of days and we can recommend The Swan to anyone.

An old and interesting hotel within easy walking distance of everything Wells has to offer.
We had a nice welcome, our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, food was very good and the service was friendly.
Food in the restaurant was also really good and good value for money too.
We had a very relaxing couple of days and will probably return later in the year.

Fantastic cycling weekend at Glengarth House and Julie made us most welcome. Our room was beautifully decorated with good facilities. Food was a tasty full English, cooked to order. We would highly recommend to cyclists, walkers and tourists.

Crossways is in a lovely area with great views over the countryside.
We could not fault our room which was furnished and decorated to good standards.
Our evening meal and food were both of excellent quality.
We had the break we wanted, relaxed and stress free, we would stay again and can recommend.

Superb stay here, it’s an excellent hotel and the staff were all very pleasant. My room was very well appointed with all the necessary amenities and nice decor. The location in Wells was perfect for visiting the Cathedral and there was also plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

Super room. Ideal as we have an 'old dog' too. Louise & Steve. Our compliments to the food chef. A bonus as we got to see the Mill working. Then we discovered we were friends of friends so almost family!

Had a pleasant stay here, it was close to Glastonbury and there was plenty of parking available. Food served in the morning was delicious and we found the hotel staff to be very helpful indeed. There was a nice pub nearby and we would definitely stay here again.
