Dragon Inn Crickhowell hosted us for a few nights due to a family wedding. All things considered, an excellent trip. We arrived early – not an issue – and were met by some friendly staff. Good rooms, all of them. Clean and comfortable. Good bar, perfect for a bit of rest and relaxation. Would recommend.

Three nights spent in the Bear Hotel and a very good time had by all. When we arrived, we found we had a deluxe double room, which was very nice indeed. Couldn’t get enough of the breckies and ate a fair few evenings meals there, all good. Beer garden was an excellent way to spend a summer’s evening.

Don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with a clock tower before, that’s one to add to the bucket list. Such a glorious location, too, you’d struggle to match Crickhowell for natural beauty. Have to admit that I was impressed by the room and the entire building. Very nice, very luxurious. Incredibly pleased.

Would definitely rank LLanwenarth Hotel as one of the best places I’ve stayed recently. Booked a weekend there with my wife and found it easy enough. Setting on the side of the river was amazing, a real highlight. Good food in the restaurant, good customer service too. One to visit.
