Glan Aber Hotel

  • "A lovely property and a great place for a peaceful getaway. It was handy having coffee and tea making facilities in my room, as well as a trouser press. Loved the idyllic location and the ales in the bar were some of the finest I’ve ever tried. Recommend to anyone looking for a fab but upmarket place to stay in Betws Y Coed whilst exploring the wider area including Mt Snowdon." Dee Dee Review Score; 8.0/10

  • "We had a very good stay at the Dragon which is centrally located and has parking. The room we had was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom too was cleaned well. The restaurant, which is Chinese, was really nice and we enjoyed our dinner. Clearly a popular place as it was quite busy. Breakfast was very good. The owners are friendly people and we can recommend a stay here, good as a base for touring the North Wales area. " Archie Archie Review Score; 9.5/10

Pont y Pair Inn (B&B)
Holyhead Road, Betws Y Coed, Wales Very Good 8.3
  • "Plenty of fresh air, good walking and of course a little business. This time round I'd booked into the Pont Y Pair Inn for a little change to my routine. Being an Inn/pub may have swung the deal somewhat, the bar breakfast served me well in the evening as did a few pints of their Conwy. Then a good nights rest in one of their comfortable beds." Mary's Court Guest House (B&B)
Holyhead Road, Betws Y Coed, Wales Superb 9.4
  • "Mairlys was right in the middle of town, had ample parking, great views and surrounds and what looked liked good sized, well furnished rooms on the web. On arrival we were, confronted with exactly that, with a warm and friendly welcome from David and Lynn. The room was just what we needed and had a great shower, my only gripe was the powdered coffee sachets in the room. Breakfast each day was fantastic, as were the nearby walks to Swallow Falls & Waterloo bridge and if the pound conservation towards the falls offends then head to either Pont y Bridge(village) or Miners bridge(a mile West) for similar. You also get a discount if you take the fantastic river Conwy boat tour." T Nathan T Nathan Review Score; 8.7/10
