We had a friendly welcome and found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room had a sea view over the bay and was clean, the shower had good pressure. Food was a good full English/Welsh, plenty of toast, tea and coffee. The hotel's interior is past it's best and requires updating.

Stayed at he Morton in Swansea whilst on a short end of summer break. Found the owners charming and hospitable and our rooms above standard for the grade. Food was delicious, good proportions and freshly cooked quality ingredients.

We loved our short stay at Patricks. Our room was well decorated and furnished with a beautiful view of the bay. We relaxed in the lounge with a drink before our evening meal which was fantastic, I don't know how we managed to squeeze in breakfast - but we did. We tried to walk off the extra few pounds with a lovely sea front walk. Service was excellent throughout or stay, hopefully we will be back before too long.

Amazingly friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us - excellent service. The only downside was that there is only one family room (2 joining rooms) and it is very dark and gloomy even on a bright and sunny day. It also has a mouldy bathroom! If it wasn't for this, we'd be going back - wonderful staff.
