What guests are saying
"As a first timer to Machynlleth, I didn’t know where to stay but seem to have struck lucky a bit with this place. I usually opt for an inn where possible and this is why. Room was excellent, as you’d expect, but the real fun was to be found in the bar down stairs. Couldn’t get enough, great fun."

What guests are saying
"Prefer staying in historic buildings that have a bit of character rather than modern chain bed and breakfasts that haven’t got anything unique about them. Had a really good weekend at The Lemon Tree and it will definitely be my first choice the next time I’m in Wrexham on business."

What guests are saying
"Certainly a place I’d like to go back to. We have family in Wrexham, so we probably will be back, in all honesty, but was still very impressed. Staff really knowledgeable about the area and very pleasant, too. Breakfast was also a highlight – lots of choice and plenty of options."
-
What guests are saying
"Quietly located a little out of town, the hotel is nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are not luxurious but very nice, well equipped and clean. The grounds are lovely and well looked after, there is plenty of parking. All the breakfast we had was enjoyable. A good value for money stay and we would use again on another visit to the area."

What guests are saying
"A lovely overnight break here in Wrexham for my mum’s 50th birthday. On arrival we were greeted by Beth on reception who was very nice, our rooms were comfy and spacious. We had a meal in the evening and everything was good from the service to the quality, breakfast again was excellent. Recommend The Buck Hotel for value & location."

What guests are saying
"Trevor Arms proved to be an ideal place to stay for my recent visit to Wrexham to see some friends and family. The room looked like it has been converted from a stable, was very nice, warm with modern furnishing, I really liked it and felt very comfortable here. Niki and her team work really hard to provide an excellent service and the food served for dinner and breakfast was lovely."

What guests are saying
"The Albion is a budget hotel, we knew in advance that it was not manned, you are supplied with a code for the door. The room was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, quite a basic room but again for the price paid we were not expecting any luxury. We only had an overnight stay to meet up with friends and it suited us and our budget for the few hours we were there. No breakfast is provided but places to eat within walking distance."
-
What guests are saying
"Visited friends in Wrexham so had to stay here, really. Best choice in the area. It’s easy to find, the price is good and you can be sure that you’re getting a comfortable room. I’ve visited before and the staff are consistently very efficient. Kudos to them, it’s great service."
-
What guests are saying
"A regular choice when I’m passing through Wrexham. They do all the fundamentals right. There’s the parking, obviously, plus the fact that the hotel is very easy to find. Good customer service for guests and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Will definitely be visiting again soon."
