Personal and friendly were our hosts Dave & Laura. There's homemade flapjacks, his and hers shampoo's, comfy beds and well decked out rooms. A superb cooked breakfast in the morning with homemade bread too.

Just delicious were our breakfasts and much in need after previous days walking. Hosts Dave & Laura were warm and hospitable and extremely helpful when needed. Very close to all amenities and not much of a stones throw away from Lake-Windermere either.

Beautifully decorated, charming B&B. Great 2nd floor lounge, especially when booked in with friends. Just the place for the odd nightcap or 2. Delicious breakfasts were had by all. The owners were both friendly and informative, helping plan our next days trip
