This hotel was just excellent, Judy and Richard were delightful hosts and our room was absolutely immaculate. The Harrogate town centre was nearby and would highly recommend this place.

This hotel was outstanding, on arrival we were greeted by Judy who really made us feel welcome. The rooms were immaculately clean and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was excellent and really set us up for the day. We will definitely stay here again when we are next visiting Harrogate.

Very nice owners, comfortable and well equipped rooms, excellent breakfasts which include fresh fruit - always a good sign. The hotel's location is good, within easy walking distance to the centre, restaurants etc. A very good stay and good value, recommended.
