Technically in Lambeth, very close to Westminster. Makes sight-seeing simple. Pillows and bedding provided. Cheap(ish) beer in the bar, very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed visiting the Walrus Bar and Hostel, pleased with how easy everything was. Check-in was efficient and the staff polite. There’s a good value (if not top quality) breakfast offered, too. Pub has a great ambiance, good idea for a night out. We could hear the trains in the room, though it doesn’t keep you up. Price is obviously excellent.

Well-run hostel, with excellent customer service and low prices. Positioned just below the bend in the Thames, gets you good access to the main touristy bits. On-site, there’s a bar, a shared kitchen, lockers, and other sorts of secure storage. No lift, so the stairs can be tiring, but comfortable beds at the top. Good value for quick London visits.
