Was really nice to just get away and stay in a proper traditional inn for once, been a long while since I’ve done anything like this. Wasn’t just a decent room, though. Found myself spending a fair bit of time in the bar, especially when the quiz was on. Really entertaining, I’ll say that.

We booked a room in the Crown Inn when we were invited to a wedding. Made sense to take the room, rather than driving back and forth. Lo and behold, turned out to be a fun place to stay in its own right. Thought the staff were a real credit, made the place shine. Goes to show what customer service can do.

Big fan of Saltfleet, long been a place for my hiking trips. Stayed here before, was brilliant once again. Very nice bed for the night.
