Very small double room, dated decor. Breakfast not brilliant - 1 tablespoon of chopped tinned tomatoes or beans (alternate days) with 1 sausage, an egg & a rasher of bacon. Did not feel like a guest, more of a business transaction - no warmth and no welcoming atmosphere to speak of.

Very pleasant stay, good communication with us about where they left the key. The room was decorated very tastefully and was comfortable. All maintained to a high standard and with a friendly face. Breakfast was filling and tasty. Many thanks

Very friendly welcome - also stayed up specially for my arrival when I got stuck in heavy traffic because of M4 motorway closure. Rooms of very good standard, well decorated and equipped, and comfortable - fair price too. Owners very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast well cooked. Only minor quibble - would have liked a choice of eggs at breakfast rather than just being given scrambled or fried, and also it would have been nice to have had a choice of   read more
