The staff are friendly and efficient even when they are busy, always had a smile. We had a lovely en-suite room, the buffet style food was excellent. The dinner was good, three courses, nicely cooked and presented. The entertainment at night was good and varied. A very good value for money break. Food is a mixed affair. Good amount but options and quality are lacking a bit. Really liked the gardens, which had some great seating areas. The hotel's location itself offers a lot, including good views. Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear other guests, but the comfy rooms make sleeping easy. Great beds.
