Absolutely outstanding in everyway, really exceeded our expectations. The room was furnished to a very high standard and the bed was lovely, the location was excellent overlooking the bay.

The service was much better than other places we’ve stayed and the owner deserves all the good reviews he gets because he puts so much effort into making sure people have the perfect stay. The place has great sea views, a generous breakfast and a homely feel to it.

On the sea front and just a few minutes walk into the town centre. The guest house is immaculate and has wonderful views across Morecambe Bay to the Lake District. Our room was very comfortable with some nice touches and breakfast was excellent with home made bread and preserves. The owners were friendly and attentive without being intrusive and clearly take pride in their business. Homely, comfortable, a great B&B which we would recommend.
