The breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean with great decor. We went to see a show at the Ethiad stadium and staff were so helpful in helping us to plan our journey. There was wifi available throughout the whole hotel.

A great little B&B, breakfast was really good and tailored to your needs. Was nice to be away from the city but not too far with a 20 minutes drive into Manchester city centre.

Delightful place to stay in a peaceful location. Our room was superb, well presented and had everything we needed. Terrific food with a good variety. Free WIFI and parking. We would love to return when we’re next in the area!
