Great place to stay, the hosts were terrific and it was well located with local amenities and attractions within walking distance. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was very good.

A lovely guest house with such delightful hosts – Franco and Lynne who really made us feel welcome. The décor at Southside was very stylish and the room was very comfy and well appointed - we even had a coffee machine. The Edinburgh town centre was nearby and we were able to reach Arthurs Seat on foot.

Southside guest house is on a busy road but once inside all was forgotten. Our room is clean and comfortable, host is welcoming and the decoration of house lovely. Cafe and Barber across the road and many shops all around with easy walk. Edinburgh Castle and nightlife fantastic. Will return again for sure.
