Great stay here, it’s a beautiful house which was immaculately clean and such wonderful hosts. Breakfast was delicious and would highly recommend this place.

Booked a stay at this guesthouse for a recent trip to Scotland for a festival. Irene and Denis were superb hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. Rooms are comfy with nice decor and there was free parking onsite.

What a lovely guest house, it felt very homely and the host made us feel most welcome. The rooms are elegantly decorated and my wife and I felt really comfortable here. The centre of Edinburgh was within walking distance and we enjoyed the breakfast served in the morning.
