Nicely located just off Eastbourne seafront and the room was very comfy and clean. The hosts were great, very knowledgeable and there was free parking facilities.

Had a great time here on a weekend break to Eastbourne, it’s perfectly located right on the seafront and the room was beautifully decorated with lots of little touches. Kerry and Adam are doing a great job running this guesthouse and we would definitely stay here again.

This guesthouse is a true gem and we were made to feel very welcome indeed. The location in Eastbourne was brilliant and the room was very clean with lots of attention to details. We had a stunning view from our balcony and there was a handbook with good information regarding the local area. We really enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of choice available.
