We stayed in a very spacious. Loft conversion that had two single beds as well as a double, and a fridge. It was very comfortable and private, and the owner was relaxed and friendly, and lodging was central to the seafront. The only thing I would say about the room we stayed in is it would not be suitable for young children as it had very steep stairs leading up to it, which is a shame as it would make an excellent family room. Stayed in twin room, although not en suite had a very clean well equipped bathroom large bath and shower, room was large too had no faults, owner was friendly anything you asked for was no problem, would stay again,

I stayed here for 2 nights, with my dog, and we were made to feel very welcome. I originally booked a single room but on arrival was given a twin room at no extra charge which was much appreciated. Breakfast both mornings was great. Great B&B in an ideal location just 5 mins walk from Largs town centre and the ferry crossing for Millport. Would use again.

The friendly hosts at Rutland Guest House & Self Catering Cottage, Largs, offer you a very warm welcome and provide great value guest house accommodation with five generously appointed rooms starting from £32.00pp a night*, including nearby parking, plus free WiFi in our rooms & grounds.

Rutland Guest House is a comfortable family run Guest House owned by Joe & Louise. The Guest House is close to the sea front, town centre, and new childrens play area. Guests have owns keys and access at all times. All bedrooms have tea/coffee facilities, Satellite Television, central heating and fridge. Some bedrooms are en-suite. There is adequate parking outside the property and dogs are welcome by arrangement. We have a Welcome Host Certificate.

Rutland Cottage is secluded and very comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms and a lovely lounge with marble fireplace. There is Satellite Television in every room. The cottage is fully equipped with bed linen and towels, etc.

The cottage has gas central heating and no stairs. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped, and outside the house has a patio and garden. The cottage has a central location - 2 minutes from both the sea front and the town centre.

We are situated in Largs, Ayrshire Scotland. Largs has been a special place for generations of visitors to the West Coast of Scotland, and has previously won the Scottish Tourism Oscar Award for Best Tourist Town. Largs is only 30 minutes from Glasgow and Prestwick Airports and is an ideal base from which to explore breath-taking scenery, with picturesque views of Cumbrae, Arran, and surrounding Islands - all of which are accessible by ferry from both Largs and other ports in the surrounding area.
