Very friendly and helpful host. Central location near to trains and harbour and for exploration of the town. Room and all facilities clean and comfy. Was served kippers for breakfast when I asked - assured they were Scottish - although this was not on the menu.
The place to stay if you are not looking for a large soulless Bed and Breakfast!
