Nice place, the owner, Chris was friendly and helpful and the room was nice and big with an excellent shower. It was conveniently located for Eden Project and lots of other attractions.

A small B&B, only 3 rooms, with a pleasant owner, within walking distance to the centre. Our room was comfortable and clean, there were choices at breakfast, nicely cooked and presented.
It is situated on a fairly busy road but noise did not affect us.

A lovely house, beautifully decorated, close to all the attractions and a 10 minute walk into the centre, located on a busy main road though. Our room was nice, spacious and had a good en-suite. Breakfast - which you had to order the night before - was good. The owners and staff were friendly and gave us good advice. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs in St Austell and Langdale House is a good place to stay.
