Comfortable overnight stay and the staff are really friendly. Our room was comfortable and had all we needed for a pleasant stay. Delicious food with plenty of choice. Lovely views of the river. Free WIFI and lots of parking. 5 stars!

We had a nice overnight break with my husband at the Head of the River. Nice cosy room with a fantastic view of the river. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, there’s a lot of choice and the food was good quality. Not far from the city centre.

A good pub with bed and breakfast and helpful staff. Our room overlooked the river and was nicely decorated, meals in the bar were excellent and breakfast good, freshly cooked to order. We did have an excellent stay, the only minus being slow service - although it was very busy. In a really great location.
