My husband and I booked to stay here for a few days, it was very welcoming and the bedroom was spotless and well appointed. The Holiday guest house was just a 20 minute walk into the centre and breakfast served in the morning was nice and hearty.

Friendly owners and there is some parking at the premises with street parking as well. We parked at the guest house and left the car there, using the bus to get about which stops right outside. Clean and comfortable and a good breakfast, we will probably use again on our next Edinburgh visit.
