We always stay here, Terry and Caroline are brilliant hosts, and in a great location to walk in to Eastbourne centre. Rooms are immaculate and well equipped with everything. Beautiful breakfast with so much choice and generous in size. Free WIFI and ample parking. See you again soon!

Superb stay here, the hosts are very welcoming and the room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed. A lovely cooked breakfast is served in the morning and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you’re visiting Eastbourne.

Had another fantastic stay at Devonia, we just love it here, the hosts are very nice and always make us feel welcome. The rooms are lovely - clean with comfy beds and this time we had a sea view which was great. It’s conveniently located for the centre of Eastbourne and breakfast served in the morning is really good.
