Good location and nice room. My only complaint would be that the breakfast room was cold as they only had a small electric heater instead of having the log fire alight. We were the only guests however and it was a cold weekend.

Although the premises externally looked like it could do with a lick of paint, inside was a treasure trove, lovely lounges with oxblood oxford leather seating, our room, although being the least expensive, was well appointed, clean and most of al charmingly delightful with spectacular views of the bay, I'd strongly recommend this as the ideal place to visit port Isaac and port Gaveare.

Nice hotel with excellent hosts we enjoyed our stay. Great sea views from our bedroom windows but they could have done with a clean on the outside. Excellent breakfast and evening meals available just across the road from the hotel at the edge.

Bay Hotel B&B in Port Isaac has lovely rooms with bath, nice bed & friendly staff. The breakfast room overlooks the bay & the standard of breakfast is very good. It is in a nice position close to everything in town, just a short walk down the hill. The Edge Restaurant over the road has excellent service & food. Can thoroughly recommend both.
