We had a friendly welcome and were given good advice on the area. The Guest House is well located a short walk into the centre, our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The continental breakfast was not included in the price and because of this we went into town to eat. A good stay and good value.

This wasn’t my first visit, and was very happy to return. Its well located for all the places to visit, but rooms are a little basic and the bathrooms seemed dated. However the price means its great value and for the middle of the city it cant be beaten, even by the local hostel. The guest house has free wifi too.

Its a wonderful guest house, run by a well oiled crew. Austin's is right in the heart of the city, so no need for a cab from the train station or the castle. Our rooms were extremely clean, spotless in-fact, and the rates are very good too compared with other places we stayed in the UK.
