"Fantastically located for Malvern & Worcester with plenty of parking
Welcoming and friendly staff, always willing to help.
The breakfast was a delight, being both locally sourced and plentiful.
Our room was large, clean, stocked with plenty of tea/coffee and overlooked the lovely garden.
Can't thank their team enough- look forward to staying again."

"We took advantage of a Groupon voucher offer and where pleasantly surprised at the standard of accommodation and service we were offered on arrival.
The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, obviously enjoyed their roles. We could not fault any of our stay, yes the hotel is a little tired in places, and there is room for improvement if you look hard enough. This is soon overlooked by the staff and food that was served. All fresh local produce and cooked to a high standard. The gardens are not to be missed, weather permitting as a stroll around the three lakes before or after the evening meal was just right. Breakfast was of the same high standard as the evening again with pleasant staff.
The only small niggle we had was, that we were constantly asked if we were on a Groupon, although we were not treated differently we did feel that we should perhaps have carried a sign stating this, if only to stop the relentless questions, I don't think so!. After all this is a good sport"

"Birthday weekend at The Malvern and it was great! Loved our room it was beautifully equipped and comfy with a huge bed, and the toiletries and refreshments were lovely. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. A very good spa, the indoor heated swimming pool was huge and clean, nice sauna and steam room, and the service was impressive! "
