"Nice little Hotel, I came and stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting family. It’s about a 20 minute walk into Norwich town centre. It was a quiet location and the owners were very nice. A nice hearty breakfast was provided with vegetarian option available. would stay again and recommend if on a budget."

"Superb stay here, room was very nice and comfortable with under floor heating which was lovely, the shower was great too. It’s conveniently located for the city centre, there’s also parking available and the staff were all very friendly and a delicious breakfast was served in the morning."

"This is a lovely guest house, on arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful. We were delighted to see some homemade cake in our room and a coffee machine, the room was spacious and very well appointed with lovely bedding and comfy pillows. Breakfast was delicious and very well presented."

"Stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend break. Located in the greener part of Norwich. This place was great value for money. Ian and Lorraine were great hosts giving us a warm welcome. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Nice freshly cooked breakfast was great both mornings."

"Friendly and efficient staff, clean and quiet rooms, cheap evening meals, continental breakfast was perfectly adequate. Generally in need of some TLC but to be honest for the money we paid we were very happy with everything. Lovely gardens leading onto the river, quiet and relaxing, just a few £ for a taxi to the town centre."
