"Our room was modern and clean and had the usual required facilities. Breakfast was very good. The owner and staff were nice and friendly. From the outside the house and the surrounding area look a little tired but don't allow this to put you off, we had a good stay at a very reasonable cost."

" Stayed at the York Hotel as it was in a central location to the town in Morecambe where I was working. My room was modern bright and fresh, the shower in particular was fantastic. No breakfast served here, but plenty of places to eat nearby. Could not beat it for the price we I paid!"

"Nicely located on the sea front, away from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Our room was well furnished and decorated with nice added touches. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in a B&B/hotel, good quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The owners are welcoming and friendly and the B&B immaculate throughout."

"On the sea front and just a few minutes walk into the town centre. The Guest House is immaculate and has wonderful views across Morecambe Bay to the Lake District. Our room was very comfortable with some nice touches and breakfast was excellent with home made bread and preserves. The owners were friendly and attentive without being intrusive and clearly take pride in their business. Homely, comfortable, a great B&B which we would recommend."
