In an excellent location right on Brighton seafront at very reasonable prices. Some of our rooms had balconies with views, but were fairly basic. The food was continental and again, fairly basic. Overall none of us had any real complaints.

The Beach hotel is a great place to stay and the location in Brighton was just superb – the view from our room was just amazing. It was just a short walk to everything and there was a lovely fish restaurant next door. The staff were all very helpful and it was really good value for money.

Although undergoing renovations at present this did not disturb our stay. The hotel's location in Brighton is excellent, we parked the car and went everywhere on foot. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had a good view. Food was good, staff were pleasant and helpful. We thought it was a good value stay considering the prime position.

Perfectly located for Brighton beach and shopping, an elegant and traditional hotel with excellent staff. Our room was excellent and we had a wonderful sea view. The selection of food at breakfast was amazing, very impressive. We hope to return and can recommend to others.

Fantastic value for money first of all. At the price paid I was not expecting too much but I was wrong. My room was perfectly ok, and food good. I found it a place with charm and was more than happy with my stay.

We stayed at the Grand for a special treat. We were not disappointed at all and think the other good reviews are 100 accurate. Our room had a super sea view and was very comfortable. The hotels location was perfect too, just a few minutes walk along the promenades to Brighton pier, the Lanes and the nightlife. Loved it and will return soon.

In a great location for everything, we parked up and didn't use the car again until leaving. Our room was fine, on the small side but adequate for our overnight stay. Food was good. All the hotel staff we came into contact with were nice and friendly.

Nicely located close to everything in Brighton. Our room had a sea view and was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with an excellent shower. We felt the room was a little dated but really, a minor niggle. Food was good, lots of continental choices as well as cooked options. We would use again.

The hotel is well located on Brighton seafront and there is a seating area outside to take in the views.
The hotel is old and there are areas which require some tlc.
Having said that our room was very clean and comfortable.
All the staff provided friendly service and all the food we had was excellent.
We did have a lovely stay.
