The Chocolate Box was such in incredible place, the hotel's location was excellent for West Cliff beach. The staff were very friendly and really made us feel welcome, our room was spotless and well appointed with all that we could possibly need. This hotel was fantastic, I stayed here with a few friends and we all loved it. It was a short walk to the sea and Bournemouth town centre and it’s a nice green leafy location. The chocolate truffles in the room were lovely and the honesty bar was great too. Food was excellent and we would highly recommend this place. more

The hotel is in a nice location and has a nice outside area. We had a nice sea view from the room, however the room itself was not up to 4 star and not as immaculate as I expected from experience of other Marriott hotels. We spent some time in the bar which was nice and had a great view. breakfast was good and came with good service. The hotel has leisure facilities which we didn't use. more

    We had a friendly welcome and in fact all the hotel staff provided good service. Although a little tired in certain areas we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a lovely evening meal. Food too was good. We spent a couple of hours relaxing in the spa area. A short but nice stay and we would probably use again on another get together. show more
