    This is our second visit to the Elizabeth Hotel and I would highly recommend their Christmas Breaks. Very good value for money, the hotel runs like clock-work but also with a personal touch. The food was excellent and so much of it! Very clean and sparkling at all times.

    Visited for my wife’s 60th birthday, I averaged about 150 days in hotels per year when employed and can assuringly say the Belmont is a solid 4 star hotel, location was great, we’d been wanting to visit the Donkey Sanctuary which was nearby, staff efficient and composed, room comfortable with good amounts of storage, perhaps the bathroom a little small but not alarmingly so. Would recommend!

    A very friendly Hotel located on the sea front and close to everything, all the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a sea view and balcony. Brecky aad dinner was good in taste and value. A great stay with excellent service from everyone. A return visit is anticipated.

    The hotel is in a great location leading on to the beach and a short walk to everything, lovely gardens to sit and relax in the summer. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and breckies in the mornings were delicious. There is a heated indoor pool, very clean and well maintained. We didn't eat in the hotel at night, preferring to walk into the centre, just for a change of scene. We had a three day stay which was superb, comfortable, relaxing and very nice staff.

    A lovely old and quirky place with very nice owners. We had a lovely room at the rear which overlooked the garden and was well equipped and comfortable. Meals in the evening and at food were all delicious. This is a very comfortable and relaxing place within easy reach of lovely Sidmouth.

    Brilliant weekend at Mount Pleasant, is a glorious location, close to Sidmouth town, and some great walks along the river and coast. Our room was beautifully furnished and stylish with all the mod cons. Food was incredible and plentiful. Beverly and Jonathan were charming hosts!

    Bedford Hotel

    I’m a sucker for a gorgeous view, topped off with a beautiful refurbished and clean room, excellent service from every staff member, plentiful food options, just loads of perks and no complaints! Price was about right considering it’s prime location and faultless service. If I were to be extremely nit-picky, the coffee wasn’t my favourite. Bedford Hotel is a winner!

    Royal Glen Hotel

    A very attractive hotel and grounds nicely located close to beach, shops and restaurants. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable with a seating area. Food at dinner and at food couldn't be faulted, all very enjoyable. The hotel has character and history, it was a nice stay. There is an indoor pool and a gym although we did not use either.

    Exceptionally high class food quality cooked to order, presentation perfect. A well-run family hotel with copious amounts of character and charm, interiors are SO authentic and cosy, room spotlessly clean with modern touches everywhere, king-size cosy bed that you can only get out of by looking at the amazing views and wanting to go venture. Free car parking available, nice location in Sidmouth. HIGHLY recommend!

    The Victoria Hotel

    Stayed with my sister for a relaxing weekend at Victoria Hotel, we were made to feel really welcome. Our room was huge and furnished to a high standard, and the food was amazing. The swimming pool was lovely and in superb surroundings, it was well maintained and big enough to get in some lane swimming. We came away feeling very refreshed.
