In a great location in Penzance, quiet but an easy walk into the centre and sea front. The house is Victorian and maintains some quirky features, rooms are a little dated but in keeping with the style of the house. Breakfast was fine, buffet style. Parking is available but hit and miss so a walk is necessary at times. more

We only had an overnight stay. The owners were very friendly and cheerful and offered good advice. We had a twin room which was spacious and everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. We look forward to returning some time for a longer stay. more

I was visiting some family for a few days and stayed here. On arrival I was welcomed by Steve who was a really good host. Breakfast was already provided in the room with all kinds of food from yoghurt , fruits, jams and eggs which there was an egg boiler to use. Room was spotless. more

We had a warm welcome and the owners were very helpful with advice on the area. The location, in a quiet, residential street, was a 20 minute walk into the centre of Penzance but there was plenty of on street parking. Our room was nicely decorated and spacious and there were good choices at breakfast which was very good. A little too far from town for us but we are happy to recommend for those who enjoy walking. more

Centrally located so easy walking distance of everything. We found the owners to be welcoming and friendly, rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean, breakfast was good. No off road parking but we didn't have a problem finding somewhere. A good value for money stay, we would be happy to return. more

    A lovely building with character situated on a hill just outside Mousehole which is just a short drive from Penzance. Our room also had character and a great view, there was a very good hospitality tray which included drinking chocolate and biscuits. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had a good shower. Food is typical pub grub, nothing wrong with it, breakfast had good choices and I can recommend the full English. A busy place and good value for money. show more

    Woodstock is a lovely place. My wife and I stayed for the weekend. The hosts were very good and so helpful. Location was just a few minutes to Penzance promenade and city centre and other towns.
