Our cosy sitting room has as open fire for winter evenings, a small library and several games for you enjoyment. For Seven years La Bonne Vie has won the gold Award for small gardens and fresh flowers are in abundance throughout the house. We have tried to create an elegant yet homely atmosphere and in order to preserve the quiet, relaxed ambience we do not have a bar. However guests will find all types of evening entertainment within walking distance. All guests are treated as individuals and we aim to ensure your stay will be comfortable, happy and memorable.
The Island of Jersey occupies just 45sq. miles (115 sq. km) in the Bay of St. Malo and is only 100 miles from England's south coast and 14 miles from France with easy access by sea and air. This Island slopes from north to south to face the sun and the warm waters of the gulf stream bathes its shores. St Helier, the capital of Jersey, is easily the largest town and, as such, offers the widest variety. It has the main shopping centre, is the Island's main port, has most of Island's night life and an almost limitless supply of places to eat, from burgers to haute cuisine, with everything in between.
