    I stayed at this Newcastle Upon Tyne hotel recently for a business trip and thought it was pretty good, I’ve stayed at 1 Holiday Inn abroad but this was first time over here. My room was very clean, with modern furnishing and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of parking onsite and they serve a buffet service in the morning. show more

Our room was clean, with a great shower and complimentary tea and coffee facilities, the staff were all very pleasant too.     The hotel was very clean and tidy although the decor did remind me of The Shining. I had read some reviews that the place was run down but that certainly seems to be a thing of the past as its all new decor and furniture throughout. Everything was there that you would expect and more besides. Some lovely little touches such as the good eating guides and free room service meal service. full English was very nice. Great position on Quayside very central but great double glazing! Free parking Would definitely stay again. show more
