Description:
Always busy, always lively and most definitely funky, this isn't what you'd expect to find in the middle of Somerset. Hordes of hip weekenders are giving this place a legendary reputation, staying in cult video library-equipped bedrooms and playing at being Austin Powers. Eight Belgian beers on tap, three German, five guest real ales and two Irish stouts, and there's still space left for the upmarket brasserie food, which uses as much local and organic product as possible. Harissa-marinated swordfish with pineapple-leek salsa and Caribbean yellow croaker with garlic pickle sauce are good examples of the eclectic, five-star grub on offer.
