Excellent 4 day stay, welcoming, pleasant, brilliant breakfasts and above all, it was our Ruby Wedding anniversary - we had booked an evening meal for that night - we were treated like royalty with excellent food and service. This hotel deserves to suceed - they allow family pets to stay too. Nothing is too much trouble for Nerys & Glenn who run the hotel,.

The hotel has parking which I feel should be promoted more as we were pleasantly surprised when we got there and didn't have to compete for a space along with all the other day trippers on the main road. The garden and outside of the hotel were well kept and it was lovely to sit on the lawn and look at the view in the sunshine. The only downside was the room which was a bit dated and could have benefitted from a referb and that we only had one bath towel between 2, but the up side was they allowed dogs in the room and we had a big window that overlooked Llandudno that the doggy loved! The owners were extremely accommodating to our every request. Glen the owner was helpful and friendly and the breakfast set us up for the whole day and fuelled our walk up the Orme which is about 20 paces away. All in all it was a lovely stay and we would revisit but think they should consider redecorating the bedrooms.
