On a site occupied since long ago and mentioned in the Doomsday Book, the farm outbuildings at Trenance Farm Cottage And Farmhouse Bed And Breakfast in Helston, Cornwall have now been converted into extremely comfortable well-equiped cottages for holiday accomodation, including self catering and bed and breakfast.
Situated in 13 acres of peaceful countryside half way between Mullion Cove and Mullion village, it is the perfect base for exploring the unique magical Lizard Peninsula, an area designated as being of Oustanding Natural Beauty.
We are open all year round and can offer a heated swimming pool open late May to early September is heated to 75 - 80 degrees Fahrenheit, off road private car parking, barbecue facilities and pets are welcome (max 2) except in July and August.

There are two childrens games rooms, one with a 6ft snooker table, the other with full size table tennis plus lots of tourist information, play area [/b]with swing and a field for kite flying and ball games.
A laundry room is also onsite with automatic washing machines and tumble driers.
Less than 5 minutes walk accross the fields to the cliff top is the coast and South West coastal path. The Lizard Peninsula is excellent walking country.

ABOUT US:
Our lovely Victorian farmhouse with well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, all have colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Our guest lounge, a comfortable place to relax, is stocked with books of local walks, details of gardens to visit and maps, which can be borrowed. A full English breakfast is served in the Garden Room. Cornish produce is usually available. Dogs are accepted in the Smokehouse (except July & August).
Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool
ROOMS:
Three bedrooms are available for guests use in the Farmhouse. Two with a double bed, and one with two single beds. All rooms are en-suite, with a shower, w.c. and wash basin. There is an extra bathroom available with a bath, w.c. and wash basin.
The Smokehouse
A bedroom with a double bed. BATH, shower, wash basin and w.c. en-suite. Three steps lead down to a private courtyard to the rear of the Farmhouse, where the mainly Cornish stone Smokehouse has its own entrance

We will be here to welcome you between 15.30 hrs. to 18.30 hrs. If you intend to arrive outside of this time, you must phone to let us know.

DIRECTIONS:
From Helston take the A3083 to Mullion. Go through Mullion village taking the road to Mullion Cove. Trenance Farmhouse is on the right hand side about ½ mile form the village centre.
