The talented team of chefs under Master Chef, Tom Hunter, create menus which change with the seasons, taking full advantage of the fresh Cornish harvest from both land and sea.
We are proud of our cheeses, unashamedly not all from Cornwall, and we devote a separate 'Cheese and Port' menu to those who like to end their meal in style. The extensive wine cellar, needless to say, encompasses some of the best wines and vintages from both old and new world growers.
