About us:
If you are looking for clean, comfortable, friendly accomodation then come and stay with us here at THE SUNNINGDALE,a Tudor style building full of old worlde charm and character.
We are situated on the North side of skegness just a two minute walk away from the long sandy beach and a ten minute walk into the town center where you will find a selection of shops for that bit of Retail Therapy, rides and amusements for that bit of excitement and sights and sounds of seaside surroundings.
Skegness also offers a Theatre with many show performances, a Cinema showing the latest films, a bowling alley, seal sanctuary and many other attractions.
For those of you who like to travel further afield, places such as Lincoln, Grimsby, Boston and Mablethorpe are all within easy travelling reach.These places offer many atrractions including Cathedrals, churches, shops and other places of interest.
Here at THE SUNNINGDALE we offer comfortable accomodation with a warm friendly atmosphere.
To make you feel at home we are able to offer our guests two lounges with comfortable seating, pleasant surroundings and homely furnishings.Television and reading material are available for guests use.
ROOMS:
We are able to offer guests a choice of eleven comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated bedrooms ranging from Single ocupation, double, twin, family and two four poster rooms.
Each room has either full en-suite facilities or private facilities within the room consisting of a bath or shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
All rooms have central heating, colour remote control television, tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarm clocks and towels. Rooms are serviced on a daily basis.
FOUR POSTER ROOMS:
For that special occasion, romantic weekend, or something different we can offer two Four Poster rooms, both being very different in style, furnishings and decor to suit guests preferences.
Our Pine Four Poster ,the larger of the two rooms, has a full en-suite bathroom with a bath, pine furniture and cream drapes.
Our White four poster, has en-suite facilities within the room with a shower,a white ornate bed with white drapes.
