The Peppertree of Blenheim, New Zealand, takes its name from the grove of Pepper Trees (Schinus molle) which line the drive leading to the gracious Edwardian Villa. Built in 1901 from native timbers, The Peppertree luxury bed and breakfast is located in 10 acres of lush farmland and surrounded by an extensive country garden, a boutique vineyard and olive grove. The timeless feel of this beautiful hotel accommodation flows through into each of the five guests suites, where the ambiance of an open fire prevails. Blenheim winters are cosy at The Peppertree as the warmth of central heating pervades our luxury bed and breakfast accommodation.

Stroll around the lovely garden planted with New Zealand native trees and soak up the birdsong, fresh air and relaxing atmosphere. Our Marlborough luxury hotel has its own boutique vineyard, located directly in front of the historic homestead, it is home to 328 Chardonnay vines planted on two different rootstocks. This variety, often referred to as the 'darling' of wine drinkers, is well suited to the soil conditions prevalent near the property.
