The Old Cottage is a 18th Century cottage with just three character bedrooms.Conveniently located just inside Cornwall near the church of St Stephens, Saltash with easy access to South East Cornwall and equally convenient for the St Mellion Golf Course or Plymouth, the Old Cottage is a homely retreat.Shirley will provide a warm welcome and wonderful food.

Here are pictures of the rooms. If you have any special requirements please let us know in advance of your stay.We've a double room and 2 single rooms in a private part of the cottage. The prices, all including full english breakfast.

I made a surprise visit to my sister who was booked into The Old Cottage. Although my stay was just overnight, I have to say I was welcomed like an old friend. I was made so welcome. The Cottage is stunning. My room very clean and comfortable. I am definately going to book to stay there on my next visit to Cornwall, where I was born. I have already recommended The Old Cottage to several friends and my family.

I could not believe how lucky I was to have found such a great guesthouse. Beautiful rooms which such character. And that includes the bathroom. Who needs ensuite when you have such perfection.

Wonderful welcome. They coudn't do enough to make us comfortable. Lovely room. A very comfortable bed. You get a huge plate of delicious cooked breakfast. Lovely Stay.

Home from home. I could not have been made to feel more welcome at this lovely old cottage. In the evening had the cottage to our selves, sat and watched telly with a glass of wine, curled up on the big squidgy sofa. The hospitality received was really super. As another guest commented-brilliant breakfast.
