The Manor House retains many original features, offering a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, and just a 2 minute walk from the centre of Kirkby Stephen, where you will find many excellent facilities including places to eat, gift shops and quality antique shops.

All rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with en suite facilities, making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The family room consists of a double and two single beds and there are a further two double bedrooms. A cot is also available, but please request this at time of booking. Guests are free to relax in the guest lounge where tea and coffee making facilities are available along with a colour television.
