Description:
The Lifeboat Inn has been receiving guests since the 16th Century – although we like to think that our facilities now are a little more up to date than our earlier visitors experienced!
The Inn’s original character has been carefully preserved throughout. In each of our 14 bedrooms this is combined with en suite bathrooms, tea and coffee-making facilities, televisions, hair dryers, telephones, and comfortable pine furniture.
We welcome reasonably behaved dogs and all children! We provide the sort of breakfast that will help you to keep up with your dog on the way to the beach! It may also help get your first tee shot, at Hunstanton, over the large awaiting first bunker!
All of our 14 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and most have views over Thornham harbour to the sea. Tea & coffee making facilities, televisions, hair dryers, telephones, and warm pine furniture complete the comfort of these bedrooms.

excellent accommodation and food, but would have liked more variety on the sweet menu, and maybe some changes on that too

Family Visit
hubby and myself have stayed at the Lifeboat many times over the last 8years and always enjoyed our stays but I have to say things aren't as good as they were. The rooms are looking shabby and not as clean as they used to be.The shower in room 12 needs replaceing with one that gives more than a trickle of water! The rooms are over priced for what you get but there is on the plus side plenty of tea, coffee in the room. The food is good, breakfast is excellent and evening meals nice although presention not what is was. Having said all this the staff are happy to help with anything you want and the locals charming.
