Description:
We are a family run Bed and Breakfast and pride ourselves on our hospitality. We offer a warm welcome to everyone in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Our charming late Georgian Grade II listed house has a lot of character and has been lovingly restored, with lots of original features, including a well underneath the dining room and a cellar we have still to find!
All of the rooms are spacious and airy with high ceiling, as you would expect with a house of this age.We have a number of family rooms, some ensuite, some with the most spectacular sea views. One is particularly suitable for families of 4 or more, with an adjoining room containing bunk beds. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and TV.
We pride our selves on our service so should you have any special requests we will do our utmost to accommodate them-just ask!
A full English breakfast is served but we will assist with any special dietary requirements you may have wherever possible. Evening meals by arrangement-prior notice is required.
Off street parking is available. We are situated between Hunstanton and Old Town in a prominent position parallel to the Pitch and Putt golf course, overlooking the sea. We are lucky to have the most spectacular sunsets directly in front of the house.
Old Hunstanton is the quieter more traditional face of the resort. Originally a fishing village, it is a typically pretty West Norfolk Village with a number of good pubs, a post office\shop and an excellent championship links golf course. The beautiful sandy beach is a few minutes walk awayand stretches for miles along the North West Norfolk coastline, much of it designated an area of "Outstanding Beauty". There are a also a number of RSPB nature reserves nearby. In the opposite direction if you want something more lively, the bust seaside resort of Hunstanton is a 10 minute walk away. It offers a wealth of amusements and attractions for all.

Excellent place to stay ! we arrived soaked on a motorcycle, the owner Joe gave us a very warm welcome along with two hot drinks and dry towels. Joe is an excellent cook and served a great breakfast each morning. We found the house very charming and Joe a great host with an excellent taste in music and art. We would both recomend staying and will definately return.

The owner Joe is very friendly and approachable from the start and the house is very qaint. We stayed in the family room and the children had an ensuite bedroom to ours with bunkbeds. A little disappointed that the television did not seem to work though which was a shame as after the kids went to bed we just had to occupy ourselves in a quiet room! I would recommend packing an extra sweater as the old style windows are very draughty and it got very cold in the morning. Overall, I would stay here again as the breakfast which Joe served us in the morning was fantastic. Lots of choice and a definate good start to the day!

Great room which was practically a self contained unit. Great views over the golf course to the sea and a warm reception. I would come again.

Could have done with tea and coffee / tea making facilities and glasses / beakers for toothbrushing. Husband had to sleep on the floor due to bed being very old and extremely uncomfortable. Excellent breakfast and owner was very helpful.
