Sisters Mary and Martha welcome you to their home in the heart of picturesque Castleton. On the main street the Swiss House has 8 en-suite bedrooms each with a different ambiance. Our tasty full English or vegetarian breakfasts include a selection from the buffet table of various juices, cereals, canned fruits and yogurts. Enjoy a hearty breakfast of local sausage, bacon and eggs, savoury oven baked fresh tomatoes, mushrooms sautéed in butter and locally produced black pudding, followed by hot toast, marmalade, honey or preserves with a pot of tea or fresh filtered coffee. Make yours an enjoyable start to a day of touring the Peak District hills and fells, shopping, walking or visiting one of the many tourist attractions in and around Castleton. Our bedrooms are pleasantly furnished and each individually decorated. Each bedroom has its own private facilities along with a colour television, complimentary tea and coffee tray, hair dryer and radio alarm.
Ideally placed for walking, climbing, visiting tea shops or just generally chilling out you'll find the Swiss House the place to be.
