Needed to get away from it all and by chance found Sunny Bay House. Gill was absolutely wonderful and provided us with some fantastic places to visit. Her house is warm and inviting and is wonderfully situated for you to go off adventuring eg Durdle Door Cove and Corfe Castle (try The Greyhound Pub). We will be returning to Sunny Bay as I'm sure will all our friends and work colleagues that we have passed on her details to.

We booked at short notice while travelling to swanage. Gill was fantastic she put the heating on ready for us and made us feel really welcome. The family room was great, clean comfortable warm and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic and wish we could have stayed longer. We would definately stay at Sunny Bay again. Thank you

We were nervous, because the only other review gave a 3/6 rating. But our experience turned out to be totally positive!
We booked late, so had the only bedroom with shower and sink + loo down the hall (all the rest are en suite). But it was like staying in the best of hotels!
Gill, our Hostess, is very kind, friendly and flexible; the view from our room was fabulous; the facilities were scrupulously clean, and Buffy the cat just loved us to death.
Also, breakfasts are staggered so that you can eat privately (unless you request otherwise, presumably). Gill tries to accommodate both early birds and late risers.
Gill doesn't do dinners, but has a lovely patio area with pond & Koi where you can relax (and have a smoke - the B. & B. is smoker - friendly) - in fine weather.
Parking is on-site, and keys to the premises are provided for guests to come and go as they please.
One cautionary warning: If you go for dinner downtown on foot, you have a big hill to climb upon r
