Somerton House is conveniently located on the outskirts of Crieff….a pleasant walk into town. Peacefully positioned in its own grounds with ample parking we also offer our guests a delightful garden in which to relax and enjoy the summer sunshine. Somerton House has three letting bedrooms.

Each room has a colour television, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and a hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits….much appreciated after a busy day sight seeing. Ironing facilities are also available.Your hosts, David and Katie Sloan provide a “breakfast selection” from the “ healthy start”….to a traditional “Scottish” breakfast! The choice is yours! We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to our family home…

Crieff……The Gateway to The Highlands…..is renowned for its interesting individual shops and excellent cafes, pubs and restaurants.The Visitors Centre, Drovers Tryst and Stuart Crystal showroom are situated within close proximity. Enjoy a snack or meal in their popular restaurants.The Famous Grouse Experience is within easy walking distance from Somerton House…..an experience which is a “must” !!!....complete with complimentary “nip”!!

WALKING The Crieff Walks consist of eight walks forming a network of paths for walkers, cyclists and horse riders.Select the type of terrain and distance ranging from one to eight miles to suit your requirements.GOLF Crieff Golf Club…Ferntower….18 holes or Dornock…9 holes. Gleneagles ….20 mins drive….. St Andrews…1 hour drive Enjoy the scenic nine hole courses at nearby Comrie, Muthill and St Fillans.
