Description:
The Sandcliff hotel is a family run hotel overlooking the sea in the picturesque town of Cromer, the “ Gem of the Norfolk Coast. We have twenty three bedrooms, most of which are en-suite including family, double, twin and single rooms. All of our bedrooms have a television with tea and coffee making facilities.
Three of our rooms are on the ground floor for our less able guests and we have removable ramps at the front stairway for wheelchair access to the rooms and dining room. Our staff are available to help with the access ramps and general mobility within the hotel.
The hotel has a good size bar and dinning room that can cater for approximately fifty people and is ideal for sports, educational and group bookings. Discounted rates apply for group bookings as well as out of season special breaks. Meal and bar opening times can be flexible for group bookings to suit the days activities or the itinerary of the group.
There is a great deal to see and do in and around the picturesque Norfolk town of Cromer. Famous for it's town centre church, historic pier, lighthouse and it's crab fishing industry, Cromer is steeped in local history as can be seen in the local museum which gives a great insight into the past.
For the golfing fan there are many fine courses within easy reach including Royal Cromer, Sheringham, and the Links at West Runton. All are fine and challenging courses to play. The bowls player is also well catered for with many clubs in the area that are always welcoming to players of all standards.
