Description:
We want you to relax and unwind in this unspoilt corner of North Devon. Our 17th century Longhouse nestled amongst farmland, set in an acre of landscaped gardens has spacious sitting and dining rooms with oak beams and inglenook fireplaces. We offer delicious breakfast and wonderful country cuisine in the evenings. Wherever possible, we use locally produced and home grown products and can cater for any special dietary requirements, well we've managed up to now! In addition to our Table d'Hote Menu you can select from our "Specials Board".
Enjoy a pre-dinner tipple from our well stocked bar and then select a suitable wine, from our extensive wine list, to compliment your dinner.
Our farmhouse has 5 double, charming and individually designed en-suite rooms and 1 twin bedded room with private bathroom.

We are three miles from South Molton, gateway to Exmoor National Park. This is perfect for the professional walker or just as equally for those out for a casual stroll to take in the wondrous views. If you prefer a bracing walk along the sands then Ilfracombe, Woolacombe and Croyde Beaches are just a 50 minute drive away.
Golfing, fishing and horse riding facilities are available in abundance and we have plenty of information available to help you plan your stay. With 8 National Trust properties in the region, there is definately something for everyone!
Perhaps you will prefer to stay locally and visit the Pannier Markets in South Molton and Barnstaple or just relax in the quiet of the garden or in the comfort of the lounge with a blazing log fire. Whatever you choose to do, we want you to feel at home and come and go as you please.
Our bed and breakfast tariff ranges from £27 to £30 per person per night based on two people sharing. We do not have single rooms but will be more than happy to quote for single occupancy on request.
