Our food and wine pairing expert, Colleen Bowen, grew up in South Africa and moved to Jasper in an Alberta January for love. We like tell her story- when she came to Canada, she went from plus 30 degrees Celsius to minus 30 degrees Celsius in a day. Colleen makes the most marvelous meals for the crew; harvest or bottling time is hard work, but we all anticipate our meal breaks. In the winery, Colleen is constantly tasting both the wine, and the Salt Spring products we pair with the wine This is to ensure that you have a super Salt Spring culinary experience.

You are glad to be active and to be alive. You treasure being with your partner, exploring their mind and body. The Vineyard Room and the Winery Room are designed to respect your privacy and honour your intimacy. Amenities include private bathrooms with deluxe bathtub and drenching shower, your own exterior entrance, petit kitchens.
