I Stay in 3 or 4 hotels in the UK and Europe every week with my work. So when I needed to stay in a hotel for myself I preferred to book a 'classic lodge' style hotel "set in x acres of land" with "extensive views of the Sussex countryside", rather than a standard box. What I got was a standard box connected to a 'classic style' reception building with extensive views of a massive yellow skip container and down at heel industrial buildings. Draw your own conclusions.
